Hyogo Prefecture's Tokushu A district has long been known as the highest production area for Yamada-Nishiki, the king of sake rice. In 1995, this Daiginjo won the Grand Prix in the Daiginjo category of the National Sake Contest sponsored by Tokusen Machi. It has a fresh aroma of pears and strawberries, and a deep, rounded flavor. The finish is a taste sensation on a grand scale.
